General
OnTime Networks guarantees all products in accordance with its product warranty statement. Our standard limited warranty can be viewed below:
Warranty Registration
Please note that all OnTime Networks equipment must be duly registered for warranty by submitting a properly completed online Warranty Registration form.
Optional Support and Service Agreement
OnTime Networks offers optional support and service agreements for its products and provides extended warranty, as well as software upgrades, modifications and retrofits.
Warranty Claim
Before submitting a warranty request, try contacting our Support Team. Some issues can be solved without returning the equipment. Please ensure your failure report provides sufficient information for complete resolution of the error. If you are uncertain if the failure report is sufficient, or if there is a concern that the observed failure may not be caught by our standard factory test, we strongly suggest you discuss the issue with our Support Team first. This will avoid a product potentially being returned back to you as “no fault found.”
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
If you are returning an OnTime Networks product for repair or warranty, please request and complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form.
